To work as a club administrator, please check the box in front of your club among functions at the right side . You are not able to act as a club without accepting the privacy commitment.

In the task bar on top, you find the main functions: Dashboard, Inscription, My club and also Help.

In Dashboard you will find 3 categories: To do, To check, To know. Please check the Dashboard regulary.

Under Inscription you are able to handle the inscriptions for all your club members. Please be aware that, depending on the rules, you may need to order and pay licenses before you can inscribe athletes.

Inscriptions are only possible in accordance with the given ageclasses for each sport and federation.

The organisers also have the possibility to allow inscriptions, only if the required number of referees/umpires are inscribed too.
For detailed information please check the invitation.

Please select the competition you want to inscribe the athlete, then select Datei:Register blue.png.
The athlete will be shown on the right side in the correct categorie.
Once you have done all your inscriptions, you canprint a confirmation as PDF and a mail to your self and please handle the payment.

We offer different payment methods to the organisers: Prepaid by Bank, Paypal, Cache, Invoice.
Please select from the offered methods and confirm the payment.

The organisers can check and release the payment, once they have received the payment.
