Make sure you have selected a function that has reporting rights and then select "Report" in the menu bar at the top.

In the list, all events (tournaments, courses, trainings etc.) are listed for which you can register.

On the right side you can also see the disciplines and age groups.

On the left side you will find, among other things, symbols for registration overview and registration, as well as special notes, such as "same nation".

Under Add entries you can see in the upper part if and which licences may be required to be entered and if multiple starts are allowed. The age category and licence will be checked and athletes will only be entered for the permitted competitions.

Please note that it may be necessary to enter judges. In this case the entry of athletes will be blocked until a referee has been entered.

Registered athletes are displayed on the right.

-The inscription depends on the given access rigths. <br />Please select if you like to handle as an athlete, club or federation on the rigth side and check the correct box.[[Datei:select_Function.png]]

-At Wheelchair fencing and Fencing it depends on the tournaments who is allowed to handle the reigstration.<br />At Fencing a preinscription for zonal and international tournaments is available and the clubs may use an preinscription for their own members.

Your name will now be shown in the select categorie on the right side.
-As an club or national administrator all "your" athletes will be shown. Please be aware that if licenses are required you may only inscribe athletes with valid licenses. Please order the licenses early enough, as the payment has to be released by the relevant federation. In case you are allowed to pay by Paypal and the payment went well, the licenses are automaticaly released.
