Depending on the rules of your federation you may be allowed to change the inscription deadline.
The setup of the rules for the deadline is according to the inscription rules of your federation and can not be changed (even not by administrators). The federation may change the rules for the deadline, but only during season change as the change applies for all tournaments of the same category.
You may change the date of your tournament and the deadline will be changed accordingly.
