• Point keys are needed to calculate ranking lists and are created by the system administrator.
• The naming is clear and generally understandable.
• The point keys are assigned to the respective federation/club.
• If changes and adjustments are to be made, a new points key must be created. This can be done by copying and changing the existing point key.
• It is important to add e.g. > 8/2021 (valid until 8/2021) to the then no longer valid point key. The reason for this is that in rolling rankings, for example, tournaments are still calculated with this points key and it must still be possible to select it in the event of corrections.
• Expired point keys are to be set to inactive 12 months after expiry in order to avoid incorrect assignments to tournaments.
• It is possible to enter staggered point keys according to participants. In this case, the assignment to the point key group is required.
