Booking of tournaments

Only upcoming tournaments and tournaments with a date not longer then 180 days backward will be transmitted to Ophardt Touch.

Booking of your tournament to use it in the tournament software Ophardt Touch select:

Touch > My booked tournaments > Lizenz > green plus Icon

 

You will see a list of possible tournaments. Select the tournament you want to book.

Tournaments that you have already booked are displayed with a check mark. If you book two tournaments that take place on the same weekend, they will only be counted as one booking.

Credits

The numbers you find in „Licenses“ represent different things.

• The first number shows how many tournaments you have booked right now.

• The second number indicates how many booked tournaments are settled.

• The last number shows your credits.

• A negative number indicates how many tournaments you can book, without prepayment. The bill is issued after the tournament.

• A positive number shows how many tournaments you have prepaid.
