MyPre-entries

For all (clubs, LFV, national federations) where the function "pre-registration" is enabled, the same procedure applies.

My club (My federation) > My pre-registrations. Search for the event you want and then select the green plus. A new window will open.

First, enter your desired pre-registration deadline.

Be sure to note that the pre-registration deadline must be at least one day before the official registration deadline.

You also have the possibility to enter remarks.

Remarks - publicly visible: will be displayed to the athlete*s and are used to display additional information e.g. :

"Departure Saturday 08:00 am at the parking lot of the training hall".

Remarks - own purposes only: will be displayed only to the administrators.

Save their entries.

There is now one more event added to your pre-registrations.

The athlete*s/clubs now have the possibility to pre-register their athletes towards the club/LFV/national federation. The pre-registration is designed the same way as the registration or pre-registration to FIE And EFC tournaments.

The clubs/LFV must confirm the pre-registrations and report the required judges in time before the registration deadline.

As an administrator, a link to the pre-registrations will appear on the main page.

To enter, select one of the offered suggestion lists and the fencers with the respective current ranking positions will be displayed.

Green plus sign = the respective entry is confirmed.

Red minus sign = the respective entry is rejected.

The referees have to be registered as well.

Cancellations are possible until the date stated in the announcement.

Select "Entry" > the desired event > the green plus > the trash.
