The invitation contains all important and basic information for the organization and execution of an event.

Basically, no entry can be made without an invitation. This is important, because during the registration the system will check the age groups and more.

The federations also have the right to decide whether they want to check all invitations first and then release them. This decision is coordinated with the federations during the "setup".

If the organizer makes a change to the invitation after it has been released, the invitation must be released again.

All mandatory fields are marked with * on the pages.
