MergeSplit competitions

If two competitions are required to fence together merge them. 

To merge two competitions do as given below.

1. Go to "Settings".
2. Go to "Manage competitions" in the lower row.
3. Press the "+" button behind one of the competitions to merge.
4. Now select how the merged competition should be named.
5. Check the competitions to be merged.
6. Select "Save".
7. Add the format in the new competition, then select "Merge participants".
8. To split the participants select "split Participants" on Dashboard.

It is possible to, e.g., just fence the pools together and to split for the DE.

If that is wished there have to be 0 qualifier after the pool in the merged competition and make sure to enter the DE mode in format in the original competition before splitting the participants.
