Invitations

From federations to athletes, referees and other officials.

As function select you federation.

Create text blocks

First create your standard text blocks.
Those are only value for your federation.

Go to "Planner/Invite text blocks"

Create new text blocks  with .

Fill in the settings on the new opened site.
Please keep attention to use understandable text in "Title (only internal)".
The order of the blocks is determined by "priority".
The introduction should get a low priority number, so it is in the beginning.

Use different "old invitations", to get an overview, which text blocks should get which names  and to keep the number of blocks as low as possible.

To edit your texts select . With  it is possible to copy a text block and use it as model for a variation.

Create an invitation

Go to "Planner/Invites".

First add the event, which your invitation belongs to, from the calendar.
You can only create invitations for existing events. Set up an event through "My tournaments".
