Booking of tournaments

Only upcoming tournaments and tournaments with a date not longer then 180 days backward will be transmitted to Ophardt Touch.

Booking of your tournament to use it in the tournament software Ophardt Touch.

Select "Ophardt Touch/ My booked tournaments and then  on the right side.

A list of tournaments, which you can book, is now showing.

 

Choose the tournament which you want to book.
Tournaments which are already booked have a check mark. If you book two tournaments that take place at the same weekend they are counted as one.

The numbers You find in „Licenses“ represent different things.

  

The first number shows how many tournaments you have booked right now.

The second number indicates how many booked tournaments are settled.

The last number shows your credits.

A negative number indicates how many tournaments you can book without paying upfront. The bill is due after the tournament and You can only book the next tournament if the bill is paid.

A positive number shows how many tournaments you have paid upfront.
